Property before clearing (May 2009)

It's Happening

The past couple of weeks have been very busy! We have accepted the bid from the contractor, we have been approved for our construction loan & the appraiser is looking at the property tomorrow! Everything should be ready for the loan underwriter next week, then we close & its time to start! Katie & Cassie are so excited! Apartment living does not suit this family! There is such a feeling of relief now that we are so close, but behind that the stress is creeping in. There is so much to do! We will need to pick out paint, flooring, counter tops, tubs, showers, faucets, lights, appliances... the list goes on & on! Then there's the decorating planning! Oh and landscaping!

If all goes well we should be in our new home by September!
